Review version and provider identity
These terms describe the enquiry process of the Private Chef Algarve by Chef Caetano website. The provider’s public email is info@privatechef-algarve.com. The full legal identity, tax number and other applicable details remain under review and must be validated before commercial publication.
Website enquiries
This website presents private chef, catering, wedding, corporate and cooking services. Prices and availability are supplied individually. Completing the form prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. It is not an order, payment or booking confirmation.
Proposals and booking
The written proposal identifies the date, location, guest count, menu, timings, agreed inclusions, total price and applicable taxes, additional costs and booking requirements. A reservation depends on the provider’s express confirmation and acceptance of the agreed conditions. No deposit amount, cancellation fee or payment deadline is imposed by this prototype.
Menus, guests and facilities
Please provide accurate practical information and discuss food requirements with the chef before confirmation. Equipment, kitchen access, staffing, tableware, beverages, travel, setup and cleaning are included only as specified in the proposal. The menu may require adjustment by agreement due to seasonality or availability. Do not rely on this website as an allergen safety guarantee.
Changes and cancellation
Any request to change date, guest count, venue or menu must be agreed in writing. Cancellation, refund and applicable withdrawal information are communicated before entering a contract, taking into account the particular service and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Cooking classes and future sales
Each workshop or course must identify its programme, level, venue, timetable, duration, price, trainer and any certificate details. No DGERT certification is claimed here. This prototype has no payment checkout. Any future online course purchase requires its own complete pre-contractual information and applicable sales conditions.

Before public launch, the applicable complaints book link and information on the dispute resolution entity to which the provider is bound must be validated and inserted. You can consult the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
Use and applicable law
Website materials remain subject to the rights of their holders. External services have their own terms. The service is provided in Portugal and is subject to applicable Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory protections available to consumers. Updated on 27 October 2026.
